Default Predator 500 leaking oil, need help!!!!!!!!

Hello:
I know a little about engines, but I need some help troubleshooting a problem I have.
My 2004 Polaris Predator 500 leaks oil just sitting in my garage. It leaks during any given time period (after ride, before ride, no start for 2 weeks). Just a constant drip from underneath.
I cleaned everything off and then determined it was coming from the lower end between the oil pan housing parting line (picture attached). I tightened up the housing bolts, but that didn't work.
Can someone let me know my next steps? Is there a seal that I need to replace and if so, is this easy??
I really appreciate any help.

You're not gonna like this, but it is the gasket between the case halves, which means total disassembly of the eng. This is not an easy job, the engine has to come out and the come apart, sorry man. You might get more solutions from Predatorowners.com also.

Thanks for the information, I was hoping that wasn't the case. !@#$!@$ I will see what the options are, the leak is not real bad, so maybe I can deal with it for now. @$!@$@
