My son has a 2004 ltz 250,it started smoking,burning oil,most likely bad ring. Im familiar with rebuilding engines,just cant see paying 100 bucks for the service manual for the specs i need,such as head torque on the head,how much compression,valve adjustment.etc.. Cant find a cheap service manual on this bike. Any other help would be appreciated

 

try the local libriary you can often find a chilton or hayns with the specs you need and not have to buy it
