Default I need help fixing dented wheels

Dinged up a front rim this past weekend and thought I would see if there are any tricks to fixing them. Just rolled the outside edge in in a couple of spots riding on big rocks.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have a set of ITP T-9's that need a little reshaping as well. No hurry as I have other/stronger rims but I would be interested in hearing others experiences/techniques for fixing the dents and dings.

Oh, and one word of caution to anyone buying new rims - spend a little more and either get the double rolled rims/Baja style/beadlocks/etc. if you ride HARD. I ruined those T-9 single rolled lip rims with one trip to the mx track. I wouldn't say they are junk, but maybe a better choice for the dunes or something. The stock Yamaha rims were much, much tougher.
