Help 08 Polaris 400HO missing

Hi, my 2008 Polaris 400HO Sportsman just came out of shop $505.00 later and they couldn't find problem. Changed Spark plug,CDI system,battery, cleaned carb and it still bags out when given throttle.Almost like there is a restrictor.Any ideas welcome

check your clutch......play worn buttons ect,, if it binding it will bind up
