i went riding the other day and after riding for about an hour i shut it off for about 20 mins. then i went to start it up to go again this time its was puttering. when i would hit the throttle it would jerk and putter really hard.. any ideas???????

check to see if parking brake switch is made,wont rev up if brake is set.
