Can't start my 2007 Kawasaki Brute Force 750
#1
The quad has been sitting covered outdoors in my driveway and hasn't been started since September. I went out this morning to try and start it and wasn't able to do anything. I attached a battery booster pack and managed to get power, but the engine won't turn over. I tried the manual pull, but nothing.
The quad worked fine when I had it running in September.
any ideas? The fuel is not frozen (at least it doesn't appear to be when I took the gas cap off and looked inside).
Is there something I should do before trying to start it? It's in NYC and it's pretty cold here now.
Thanks,

welcome to the forum. are you saying the bike won't even crank(turning the engine over) or just won't start when you are trying to crank it over? if it won't even crank over, it sounds like it either got water in it and froze up the engine starter/recoil or the engine it self is seized.

It won't turn over. At first it wouldn't even make the starting noise. after I put a booster pack to the battery, the starter seems to be firing, but the engine won't crank over.
If I move the quad indoors, should it resolve the issue?
Thanks for answering so quickly.
