Hello,

I have a 2003 Kaw kfx 400. My kid was not always using the clutch to shift. Now there is a problem. If I place it in first gear, then let off on the clutch, it acts like it is 5th gear and it stalls. The same thing happens in reverse except it goes in reverse a little bit before it stalls. Last night I looked at the clutch plates. They had a little wear, but nothing major. What else might the problem be?
