Alright I'm new here and also to atv's but always wanted one and finally pickes one up for $350 that has been sitting.

Anyway it needed a battery so got that, new spark plug, carb cleaner and some starting fluid.

Went to go start it and it turns over, and over, ad over,... and over again but will not start.
Now I'm not new to my 94 Chevy but am new to the ATV mechanical so keep it in SIMPLE terms haha.

I checked the carb and cleaned it. I have 2 fuses in the battery box, 10, and a 20. BRAND NEW. Also I am finding new things out here and there but this thing has me mind blown.

I do have a spark. I checked the line that goes into the carb that has a little clear piece and what looks like some gold in it.

Not sure how to diagnose this whole problem.

Can you put it in first and.pull it with vehicle. To start that's what I have to do to mine to get it to start. Don't know why trying to figure out still. It will start after I run it a little. With the recoil one pull
