Default Glad to be here! Please help!!

A few weeks ago I purchased an Eton 90 sierra dxl 2000 model, anyways, I lost the key and found a how to online reguarding bypassing the key, well I found the key and now the only thing I have left causing me to scratch my head is the green and brown wire from the safety switch on the left brake handle were pulled out and the pins need replaced. Is there anyway I can bypass this? I tried soldering the two together but get nothing from the quad. It's a 90cc auto tans with no reverse, also electric start. Please help!! My little guy wants to ride bad, we all know how that is...
Thanks to all in advance!!!

well i didn't see this post at all, i wished it had been in the kiddie quad or the chinese section, but anyways, you need to reinstall the safety start interlock back into the brake handle. as far as not having keys, you can always take the ignition off, take it to a locksmith and for <$15 get new keys. i did so i know how much it costs. but in all seriousness, you need the interlock on the quad.

besides, how old is your kid? how were you going to work a kill switch? in an emergency, would your kid not panic and know what to do? if everything was normal, as in having a key, your kid could grab the key to kill it and all would be good. think of your kids' safety before convenience.

It has a kill switch, and a key, I'm talking about the two wires that go into the brake handle assembly, requiring you to depress the break to start the atv.

most parts are interchangeable. Eton is a Taiwanese company. i'm pretty sure they're a subcontractor for polaris also. anyways, if i were you, i'd just replace the safety interlock switch-brake switch. they don't cost very much and can save an injury to your kid. up to you though.

On Polaris this switch controls the starter interlock and also the brake light. It's cheap enough just to order a new one especially for safety as Jaster said. This one should be the same as on your Eton. Item #9. Ok I have two wires, one brown and one green. Both leading to the left brake handle, what do I need to do in order to get this quad running?
