Like the title says it wont start the quad has been sitting awhile so i put a new plug in it cleaned the carb and put fresh fuel it has spark and good compression does not even hit on starting fluid any advice would be greatful thanks

 

wow, so the float bowl is full of gasoline, you sprayed ether in the air box, compression is >95 psig, starter turning the engine over sufficiently, and nothing? hmmm... and you got good spark?
