Hey everybody I have a brand new 110cc Chinese ATV automatic. starts it idles it won't seem to go up a hill even the smallest of heels I've set the idle I went to adjust thinking it was the clutch the centrifugal clutch adjustment, I loosen the nut and try and adjust the screw as directed for minor tension and then turning it back it just continues to spin and spin and spin and spin no tension.. I've taken the carburetor apart cleaned it out make sure all the Jets and ports are free it idles fine it's brand-new it has zero miles any help would be appreciated would you think it's the clutch not fully engaging or is it something in the carburetor in the main jet
