Looking for suggestions on getting this rascal running. I've replaced the ignition coil, the carburetor,pull start, clutch shoes,fuel lines. It runs great on a stand but won't move on the ground. I've tried going thru needle clip positions with no luck. Any info is greatly appreciated.
