2004 Weekend Warrior Toyhauler..I NEED YOUR HELP!!!!
#61
Gunny, I commend you for taking action to try and help a fellow atver out We all want to do that. It was wrong that Bigdaddy was treated that way, and like you said. no one should. And your darn near right on, with the way "sellers" treat potential or current customers. I am a consumer, that also lets customer service speak for itself. I feel that Bigdaddy, should of been taken care of at his dealership. But, wasn't for whatever reason. Now, A rep stepped up and is taking care of the problem. The way I look at it, " I will not give my business to that particular dealer and go to the next dealer. Even if I have to pay more money. Ride Safe

First Off; Gunny WELCOME to ATV Connection, And THANK YOU for expressing your concerns & comments about CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Again a current update, The Weekend Warrior REP. was in contact with me this morning; he asked me how things went @ the dealership, my explaination was the same as my prior last post, as far as the statis of the repair is going.
I'm sorry Gunny that you received the treatment that you did from an individual at WW. If help with this problem is what you need PLEASE talk to headinjury he is the person that put the rep. in touch with me (note: there was no NEED for him to do this) BUT HE DID and i truly thank him for taking time out of his business to get involved.
As rescuediver stated in his posts some companys do have their problems and with our help maybe these problems can be resolved. My job sometimes requires me to be a "FIREMAN" and if a fire needs to be put out i'm there to do it.
Weekend Warriors IMO are one of the top Toyhaulers in the industry, the next Toyhauler purchase for me will be made with WW, but if the same problem with customer service needs to addressed I'll know who to speak with, and thats the BOTTOM LINE......
Thanks for taking the time to read my post....Jim

WELL !!!!!!!!
I think the final chapter of this situation is unfolding. I took my WW trl. to the dealership this morning; drop it off and it sould be ready for P/U next saturday with the siding (panel) replaced/fixed. WW is paying to fix this (parts & lbr), this makes me very HAPPY. Now lets see how the dealer does!!!!!
I'll post a final time on the finish of this repair....... Thanks for taking the time to read my post....Jim

Bigdaddy, thanks for the update. Being in the market for a toy trailer soon, I like how they finally stepped up to the plate for you and are finally fixing it for.

Lets See:
I received a call on Thurs. that my WW toyhauler was fixed & ready to be picked-up (I'm EXCITED) Saturday morning comes, I drive to the dealership, back-up to my trl. & start my inspection of their WORK. "MAN that siding looks great"!!!!!! but the stg. door doesn't look right (the frame is out of wack big-time) OK; so i try to open the entrance door & with most of all of my might I pull on the door and the thing is stuck in the DOOR frame (yes it's unlocked) after getting the door open; ITS FRAME IS WAY OUT OF WACK ALSO, the trim on the inside was all pulled away and a gap the size of my little finger was around the inside of the door frame and the frame was all cockeyed WTF!!!!!!!
THE REST OF THE STORY YOU CAN FIGURE OUT!!!!!!
I was called (after returning home) from the service manager trying to re-assure me that all is not lost!!!!!! OK. I politely explained to him, DO NOT CALL ME UNTILL THIS TRL. IS FIXED RITE!!!!!!! & for the most part i'm at a loss for words.
Next Saturday should be an adventure to say the least!!!!!!! WOW........Jim
