FLOE ALL-TERRAIN PRO UTILITY TRAILER
#1
Anybody have any experience with this brand/type? I'm really looking for something that will both haul my ATV but that I can then pull with my ATV to work in my woods and around my yard.

I've got a 4x8 Newman's trailer which is basically the same as the Floe your looking at. It's all aluminum with the removable side rails, tilts, and has a tilt up ramp on the back. It's very nice because it's light enough and small enough to move around by hand, yet still has a rather large payload (1700 pounds). The other nice thing is that the wheels are under the bed. This way when you use your atv to pull it, it follows in the same track as the atv. They also go down the highway with no problem. My dad also has one that is a foot shorter than mine and he loves his. Many times he would rather take the small trailer than one of his larger ones. The only thing to watch is when they get longer, the extra length is before the axle and it gets kind of tough to move around by hand with a load on. At least that's how it is on mine. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the feedback - I do appreciate it. Do you mind if I ask what you paid for your 4X8 Newman trailer. I checked out their website and they look interesting but there weren't really many pictures. Do you happen to have any you can post or email?

Hey 400cat, any issues with the tires or bearings on a trailer like that? I am set on getting one for it's lightweight factor, but hear a lot of stroies of burnt bearings and tires going bad due to them spinning so fast when hauling down the highway. I range from 1-4 hours for my trips and need it to be as reliable as the one I am trying to sell in my profile (15" wheels/tires) Couple times a year it will go to Oklahoma to the dunes I imagine as well. Lots of heat in the bearings and tires is my only concern, but I NEED a lightweight trailer.

Sorry it's been so long. As for the trailer, no issues with tires or bearings. They are actually the same size tire you see on the larger trailers like the 8.5x10 and 8.5x12 trailers. I have a couple of pics if I can get them loaded or I could email you guys too.
