anyone have any damage to the tailgate from the weight of the quad when riding up ramps loading or unloading??

(first post here, please excuse the noobness)

 

Been loading mine for 5 years in a '95 Ranger with no weight related problems. I have dinged and scratched the gate from the ramps themselves though. They will fit completely inside the bed on my Ranger (one at a time). On the wife's Dakota, the back wheels rest on the tailgate, but haven't had any problems with that either.

 

Watch the nose of the quad, and the back window on the truck. The eiger has a long nose, and could cause you some problems.
