Default Securing Rincon in Utility Trailer

Any suggestions on how to secure for transport a Honda Rincon in a 2X wood floor 5' X 8" utility trailer with full width ramp. Where do you attach & what do you attach on the ATV?
Don't want to tear up racks or plastic.

I was thinking of coming out the bottom of the foot pegs going forward and back on both sides to the trailer floor with tie downs.

Also while in a motel at night, any suggestions how to keep it from disappearing?

i used two tie downs for my rancher

get one for the front and one for the back.. twirl them threw the racks so one side of the tiedown is on one side of the trailer.. get some tie-down points near the edege of the trailer.. also maby some chains (that will fit) threw the foot peg to the trailer with a pad lock?.. or maby threw the racks?

also get a coupler lock and a lock for your hitch.. incase they maby take your whole trailer at the motel.. lol

Check my pics for tie downs on a wooden deck trailer. Whenever we go on long trips, I run a cable through the frames of all the ATV's and around the trailer. Trailer stays locked to the hitch, hitch stays locked to the truck. Nothing is foolproof, but the harder it is to get them the more likely any potential thief will pass you by for an easier mark.
