Default 16' Toy Hauler, to buy or not to buy?

I have just founda 2000 16' Toy Hauler with kitchen and bathroom(complete with shower). It appears to be in good condition, and is definitely in my price range ($3000). My questions are these.

1. Is this a decent deal, or should I hold out for something else?

2. How many full sized quads could I haul in one of this size? How about if I stand them on their rears?

Thanks in advance.

Yeah, you should hold out.

Now where exactly is this toy hauler located and do you have any contact info?? <VBEG> )
