Default remote generator

I have a toy hauler with a Honda generator on a platform behind my propane tanks. I would like to extend the starter switch into the trailer so I dont have to go out in the weather to start it. Has anyone done this? Any ideas would be much appreciated!!

Thanks!!

Check with Honda to see what they might have.

I know on our Fire Engines we have the Honda generators mounted up on top and a remote push button starter on our pump panel. Don't think that would be to hard to do.
Only thing I'm not sure about, is if it makes a difference if you have a keyed ignition with a pull start backup. That may be why we can have a remote start, cause they actually have a electric motor.

Anyway, Good Luck

Installed it a couple of days ago. This thing works great!! Prety easy, took about 2 hours. Tried it out over the weekend, sure was nice not having to go out in the morning to start it any more!!
