Default Share your RV Service nightmare or success story

Just for those of us who are shopping RV's.... share your RV Service Department story. Had a service nightmare? exceptional service?

My last toy hauler was an Attitude by Eclipse. Great trailer!! the problem??? Mc Mahons RV wanted me to wait 3-6 months for service, if it was a trip breaker, the could squeeze me into the schedule in 4-6 weeks.... I traded it in on a Sierra 37 foot 5th wheel, had a list of "first trip issues", I had the boxing gloves on when I called service.... I was told.... "when do you want to bring it in"??? dropped it off with a doozy of a list and picked up the following weekend - much better. I am just curious about other Service nightmares or success stories.
