Manual or automatic? Do you feel the RPM change, ie. Speed Change?

its an auto and yeah i can feel and hear the rpms jump but its so quick that it doesnt have time to accelerate because of it.but its getting worse the dealer says they fixed it but its back and worse than before. i just came back from wakefield nh from riding this weekend and it was doing it excessively yhe whole way home and when i stoped at toll i had to shift the truck into first to get it to move again otherwise i would have the gas pinned and the truck would roll at about 5 mph?? ive got some seriouse trans troubles but not sure how woth only 50k mi on it.

i just checked the trans fluid today because it was acting up so bad and its about a quart highor so high so im going to bring it to the dealers attention i havent touched it. so its all them ive had it for a month and theve had it for 2 weeks out of that month and cant figure it out obviously they never checked the fluid level. but can that really make it act up that bad? ive had older trucks that i didnt care about and it would end up over full (not by a quart ) and never miss a beat.

Only 50k on the Transmission??? Sweet, that should be covered by the standard 7 - 70k... I wonder if the torque converter is going out?
