I want to haul two ATV's on my Aluma trailer. It's a drive on with a beaver tail. Do you guys think it would hurt the trailer frame if I loaded them with folding ramps sidways? I think they will just barely fit. Of course I would have to do this with it hooked up to my Jeep for stability. Any comments or brow beatings are welcome. If it's retarded and I should just buy a new trailer let me know.
Thanks

There are many ATV trailers that side load out there, including the Tritons which are aluminum. I don't see why it would be an issue. As far as forces go, unless you try to load your quad at 50MPH they probably don't come close to exerting the forces on the trailer that it experiences going down the road at 60MPH with bouncing, pot holes, etc.
I'm assuming the trailer is a flat bed style, or removable sides that would be like loading onto a flat bed. (I've never seen a beaver tail that wasn't a flat bed.)
