Default Protect Trailer's factory roof....

FYI share - if your trailer's roof needs a proactive DIY TLC upgrade as well...

A few years ago I bought a pre-owned 2016 6x12 Enclosed trailer and in future, I plan to give to my son. It has a factory galvanized steel roof and its factory roof caulking joints are showing old age cracks. Yes. It needed some immediate DIY TLC - to stop the risk of future water leaks.

After lots of research, I found a product at Home Depot that appears the best. re: Henry 100% Silicone White coating (which acts and feels like liquid rubber). re: https://www.homedepot.ca/product/hen...78l/1001303756
Note: Do shop around because Home Depot USA stores sells for much less...

Hope this helps others....
