I had an old beater Toyota 4 runner that I used to take off road. I wouldn't mind finding another one of those. I only had like $800 in it including buying a set of tires. That thing was fun.

6" lift and 37" tires and have never been off road. I can't go more than a day or 2 before some comments on how nice my truck looks. One of the only gold Ram 2500 Cummins trucks I have seen.

To me having a lift and big tires, but not going off road and playing in the mud, is just money wasted. Then again, I'm not the type of guy who add things just for looks, like a chrome gas cap door, or any other chrome, or my friend's fake hood scoop.

I'm just the opposite, I only drive things that are different and for looks. I have my lifted truck, a 40th anniversary Corvette, a 57 Chevrolet show car, a 66 Chevy restored C10 pick-up, and a new 2017 BMW F700gs bike.

Yeah, but you'd look cooler than all the moms in their minivans.

I also have AMP Research steps that come out when the door is opened.

I've seen those type of steps, they're pretty cool. I like how they tuck out of the way when you don't need them.
