Default What to go with for Upgrades on a Rancher?

Will a K&N air filter help improve any thing for a honda rancher without rejetting of the carb. if so will it be enough to notice or will a dyno only tell. And also what kind of tires should i go with for the back only? The stocks are 25X11X10 good year tracker cl's and arent really that good for mud. Iwas looking at GY tracker p's and 589's by itp and the ripoffs by titan which would pull better in mud for that stock rim size?

First of all, if you do mods and don't need a rejet, you have wasted your money and time. Your bike will run leaner as you let more air in or out (dangerous for your engine!), so don't try to skip this important detail!! I have K&N's on the Ranchers and it helps, but without a pipe (I run FMF MegaMax II) it will be minimal. Also, vent your airbox if you run in dry conditions (not likely in Florida).

For tires, I run ITP Holeshot ATR's on their Magnum rims. They are great, but I ride in mostly dry conditions.
