It's a Suzuki, around an '86 model that has shaft drive, high, low and reverse transmission with the low and reverse shifters by the tank, auto clutch, electric start, racks,Speedometer and odometer and it's either a 230 or a 250. Anyone know what this is and can point me to a pic?
Thanks

He is probably right. Quadrunner 230 or 250. The only one that I have any experience with was an 89 quadrunner 300. Very fast utility. It would leave the 89 honda 300 of mine in the dust. Not just flat out burn it or anything, but would continually pull away when they both were wound out. It had the levers on the tank and the speedometer. I would imagine the quadrunner 250 was set up similar, but I'm not sure about the 86 models. Suzuki had the biggest lineup available back in 86. Seemed like a 50, maybe a 90, a 125, a 180 (185?)maybe, a 200 maybe, a 230 quadrunner, 250 quadrunner, 230 quadsport, and 250 Quadracer. They had a huge mess of assorted sizes. I remember the old ad that used to be in the hunting magazines.

I have no idea. It wasn't mine, it was my best friends. It was faster, but a hair less stable (lighter front end) and not nearly as well built as the honda. He somehow broke the frame and had to have it welded before it finally got to smoking and he sold it to a cousin or something. Pretty much a waste too because he didn't take very good care of it. I really liked riding it. I like that reverse lever where it is. Much like my AC.
