Iv'e got a Kodiak 2wd and I am going to put new tires on it. I am going to use my factory wheels and don't want a lift kit. How big can I go without having problems(rubbing and performance.) I am considering Dirt Devils 26x12-12 on the back and 26x10-12 on the front. I am not looking for something to play with, but something to get me where I need to go. Hardpack trails, sandy creek banks, brush, and swampy pastures in the winter. What would you recommend?

 

Mudlites all around. Or even Bearclaws.

 

Run a set of 26" mud lites or Bearclaws. I'v got a kodiak 400 . lots of power in them.
I like both tires and pick that size cause it gives you the larger lugs, 6 plys, and fantastic traction.

 

MudLites for sure. I did not care for the quality of the Bearclaws. The ITPs are fantastic tires.

 

I have the ITP 589MS tires. I really like the ag-style tread. I suggest you stick with stock sizes for steering ease, minimum power loss and the minimize drive train wear.
