NYC

I didn't say it was sporty looking. If I had my choice for looks on a ute, I would go with the grizz but looks are not what makes a sport/utility. Now, compare the ride and power of a prairie to a standard utility machine.........Honda's flagship rubicon for example, compared to the utilities of yesturyear, the prairie is "INCREDIBLY SPORTY!" I did not say that it is more sporty than the scrammy but for my needs, the prairie is deffinately a better machine.

Besides, when it comes to mud puddles, the scrambler may work just fine for you. But when you come accross a real mud hole, you'll wish you bought a prairie.

Don't let brand loyalty blind you. Get you a Prairie 700. They're awesome.

Sorry, but single lever braking is not sporty. Scrambler is a very dated look.

I've driven 2 Scramblers, neither could wheelie. My 700 wheelies with ease.

I'm confident that the P-700 can climb any dune/hill that the Scrambler could, and do it faster.

In what conditions is the Scrambler superior to the Prairie?....Umm....NONE.

I think the Sportiest quad would be a Scrambler but I am not sure if it would meet all of your wants. The Sportsman models look the Sportiest in my opinion.

Scrambler:

I would like more ground clearance = only 5.5 inches
more comfortable ride for those long trail rides =Yes
full fender protection = Almost
auto trans = Yes
still want it to be able to jump = Sort of, weight is 571lbs.
when you pin the throttle a feeling of power = for the most part

The 04 have a New & improved seat.. For that long haul.... Some improvement.. LOL
I feel the power... But... I know I'm going to want 2 mod her soon...
More ground clearance would be nice..

P700 twin is the sporty-est. Not the best looking, but it hauls azz.

PS - The vfoce has big tires, auto. Think about it.

I have owned the grizz 660, the scrambler (for a very short time) the p650 , the raptor , the wolverine, and several others, And I can tell you that I am selling my v-force and I just sold my grizz 660 last week. you could not pry the p650 out of my grage and I have a deposite on suki version of the 700 kawi on the way. The kawi 700 is the king of the sport 4X4, The scrambler is not even in the same leage as the kawi 650 or the grizz 660. The kawi 650 is the most fun to ride 4 x 4 I have ever been on with out a doubt.
