seen a picture with an arctic cat in it. it was completely stock no cool mods. i thought tire were a cool add on, imagine a mounting a mortor cannon on the front rack!! that is a mod

 

off subject, but I've heard that Afghanistan has a law stating that all atv's of any type are required to have "flip bars" installed. And in one of the Dirtwheels magazines it had a picture of one, and is it jus me or ....is that the stupides thing?
