Who makes the best CV boot & Joint protector?

I have noticed some are plastic & some are aluminum.

I want to get something better than the stock guards espcially after this weekend of kissing some stumps!

we meet again snowshark!!!!

i have cycle country cv guards on my machine and they are steel. i hit a stump with my machine last weekend and the guard broke the top of the stump right off. i like them a lot. my only word of warning is that they kind of wrap around the entire front suspention so when you are cleaning up you machine after a ride you have to take some time to get all the mud out of there baecause the guards are solid. they cover the front, back and bottom so mud like to collect in there. othe than that they really do a great job of protecting the vitals.

TheArcher,

thanks for the info, I believe Cycle country cv guards were in the Dennis Kirk catalog. I want to get metal guards, not plastic.
