Does the Warn Bumper replace the factory bumper? A tree took out the front bumper on my Suzuki [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

 

the bumper uses my factory brackets to support the warn bumper but I have an 03 Kodiak also so I am not sure about your quad!

 

On my Vinson it goes over the top of the stock bumper... not a replacement.

sounds like you needed the WARN bumper before the tree incident..

My guess is that you can straighten the stocker enough to slide the WARN bumper over it and it will look great.
