Looking for Black Wrinkle paint code

I'm trying to find the paint code/number of the Black Wrinkle finish paint that is on my front and rear racks. I need it to color match new bumper. 2004 Kodiak 450 Camo...
Also where can I buy it?

I've used spray bomb wrinkle coat by the case for hot rod engine parts I do as a hobby. the best i have found is VHT brand (most auto stores) and I know plasticoat makes it also. read the instructions carefully. For $4 try it , if it doesn't work then you send out to have powder coated. DAVE
