Default Warn winches are the worst..........

I was not trolled, I asked him on the first reply if he was a REP for this company and I did notice he had just signed up and welcomed him to the forums.

I have noticed a couple of different vendors come on here in the last couple of months soliticing business with out paying to advertise on this site.

JohnO, is this what you were meaning by trolled or is this just some 12 year old screwing with us? Oh well I have to go to work right now, I wish I had gotten a Rule winch today, I doubt I will make it there with out it now,

Catterman, yes I do have some good stories envolving crashes dating all the way back to my HONDA110 atc and few involving a Yamaha 200 threewheeler that had it in for me, but I survived regardless of the many pounds of flesh it took from me. AlaskaBoy.

Those Rule winches are expensive. $532.00 from HighLifter. They call it the "Cadillac" of winches. Maybe they are good but damn pricey!

I bought a Honda so I wouldn't need a winch. I do have a tow hook on the back for my friends who bought the "other" brands.

Kawi650...for REAL? Does Warn know about that? I had a contactor/thumbswitch go bad on my 400 and the guy at the designated warranty center mentioned that he sees some burned up thumbswitches, contactors, and occasionally winches. Maybe you have a problem child that they will take care of?
