removing choke on Kodiak
#1
Ok well I have a 00' Kodiak 400 4x4 & have had choke problems before & we had it fixed, well now a couple yrs later the choke is stuck on so it doesn't want to idle once it's warmed up I'm wondering if we can just remove the choke all together?? I don't really use it & it seems like when I DO use it it sticks thanks in advance

WEll actually it's the automatic, no foot shifter. I did turn the idle down some we'll see if that helps any, I tore it down yesterday & MAN it was filthy, changed the oil, cleaned the air filter, that should help the way it's running some. I think alot of it has to do w/ the valves needing adjusting also, SO MY NEXT ?? DOES ANYONE KNOW THE VALVE CLEARANCE OR WHERE I COULD GET IT FROM?????????? Once again thanks in advance
