This is the second time I have had a problem with the Rubicon starter. It seems it has a flat spot where it just will not turn over if it stops in a certain place. The first time I managed to get it to fire up after holding the starter button for a few seconds.... this last time I struck out and had to bummp it with the manual pull rope to bump it past... Once I did that, the starter worked like it was supposed to.

Any one else ever run into this before? Definately the starter... so no ideas on other parts please...

I have a total of 2 hours on it...so it is all brand new...
