If you don't get the answer here go to highlifter.com and ask Grizzhopper. He has a diagram with pictures for that and the reverse override.

Bryan,
Where is North Branch MN. I'm going to buy the little lady the 450 Kodiak as well, then I can have my Griz back. That's a nice bear, where do you go. We go 100 miles north of Deluth.

Staky, North branch is about 45 miles norh of StPaul on 35. It is about 20 miles north of Forest lake. Thanks for the compliments on the bear, We hunt by Cromwell and Wright which located on hwy 210. It is about 50 -60 miles southwest of Duluth. My Buddy guides and we usually do really well hunting with him. We usually fill all are tags within 2 weeks and this year we filled all six in 8 days with the largest bear measuring 7' and weighed 415 pounds dressed. In my other post I said the bear was 425 or something like that, But after talking to my buddy the guy exaggerated it a little.

We just started bear hunting 2 years ago and I have yet to get one. I think I get too impatient right when it starts to get dark and that seems to be when they come into the bait.

Most of them are indeed shot right at the end of daylight. This year I was lucky and shot it with more than 2 hours of daylight left. It is very important to stay still on the stand. Some bears will sit out of your site and watch the bait and surrounding area for awhile before coming in and if they don't like what they see you will never know they were there. Others will waltz right in. Bears don't have the greatest eyesight, But they will catch any movement and their nose is as good or better than a deer. I have had bears come in and sit and stare at me for 5-10 minutes trying to figure out what I am. This year the bear actually jumped when he say me and then walked about 50 yards and stood there looking around. I waited and he finally came in and it was lights out. When one does come in BE PATIENT and wait until he gets busy in the bait before you try to raise the gun. If you don't and he catches you chances are it's over and he won't come back.
