That plow system looks interesting, don't know who made it. I guess my questions would be will the electrical ATV system handle the hydralic motor for long periods and is the ram for raising the plow bi directional or only power up. If it is power down I would expect to break the ram on some of the rough terrain I plow. As far as the plugs on the back I can't tell. One looks like a Warn remote plug for the winch remote but I don't know why they would put it on the back. Trace out the wires, that may give you a clue what they are for.

Well this is weird. I wish I could check it out but its and ad on ebay. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...e=STRK:MEWA:IT I live in Mass, so this is where it claims to be located and why I was interested. Seems like a plow no one here is familiar with. That and the seems to have turn signals. Making me wonder if these pic were yanked off of the UK's ebay site. I contacted teh seller and they claim to live in CA and that is why they're selling the quad. Because they are no longer in Mass. Doesn't make much sense, since you can ride a quad in CA just the same.

The plow looks like one I saw on a very old RangerV, which was a track machine from back in the 60's, of which I have two. They are powered by a Kohler 12 hhp engine, and have a borgeWarner 3 speed Tranny. Slow and very dangerous. on a side hill will turn over very easily and have killed a bunch of people. I saw a plow like that on one that a friend of mine had, and has now sold. Wish that I had bought it . As I guess you can tell it has Hydraulic angle and lift. Very cool. The outlets in the back may have been power for some more elecric powered hyd. impliments. Turn Sigs. I thought you could ride an ATV on the road in Mass if it had brake lights and turn signals. Wish you had better pictures of the plow. I would buy the plow in a min, if it were anywhere near where I lived.(Alaska) Looks strong to me. but haveing a hyd lift and angle would be great. YOu could extend the blade and really make it work. Very Cool!

The ebay sale is a scam. Check out the email conversation I've had with this ebay seller for the Grizzly. Mines the bottom one, his reply is on top.

I bought it with the ATV this summer because i had a discount, and i thought i will need it, only that i have moved, and i wasn't expecting this. Half of the amount should be sent up fron shipping or pick up via bank wire transfer, and the ballance after you'll receive the ATV

I've never seen one like this before. If you could enlarge the label on the side of the mounting frame that would probably tell you something. I don't think I'd like it for blading snow though, there's no float position. To keep the plow on the ground in changing terrain you'd have to constantly be bumping the lift control.

maybe it was custom made, it looks to me like a pushblade, witha hydrolic lif mounted on a set of A arms. but who knows, ask the seller the dealer he bought the quad from.

Just guessing, but I'd say it is a custom job, using some old a-arms off a sport machine.. Not much engineering here other than bending some tubing to make a mount for the upper hydraulic cylinder... are you sure that big one up top is used for lifting only? It could also be used to apply force to the plow ... sort of pushing down on the blade to enforce contact with the road... It appears to me that his hydraulics both lift and apply force, And they can also angle the blade too.

At first glance, it looks pretty good to me... The whole setup looks like something we used to have mounted on the front of an old WW-II ****** jeep used for plowing driveways and parking lots. Strictly a home made deal... shows some ingenuity though.
