Bruin with 27" 589's
#11
I have 27-12-12 all the way around on a bruin and it turns them just fine in the mud I lost a little bit of power but it still turns them just fine I have only gotten stuck once since I did it the only thing that I had to do too keep them from rubing really bad is get the wheel spacers and a 2" lift

I had 27-12-12 vampires on my wolverine (pic in gallery) but it was highly modifed and it could still only pull them good in first gear, so I wouldnt recommend that size tire unless your ready to spend about 1300 or more on mods. As for the bruin I am up to try anything with a huge tire on it but thats a little exessive with it not have low range transmission, thats just asking to smoke the belt in the thick stuff.

I also have a 01 wolvy and I think with the mods you have, I would stick with a 25 inch max. Only having a couple mods like you have, I think anything bigger would severely slow you down.

BB,
I guess I don't know much about heavy modification, but I do know from experience that you really don't need anything bigger than 25's on a wolvy. Yesterday I was driving through 2+ feet of snow without a problem and in the summer I go mudding alot, if you are a good rider you will get through a ton of stuff with 25's. I think if you want a super mudder with monster tires you a better of looking for a different machine.
