Mud lites are an excellent tire. I agree with outrage...the 26 would be the best suited for your wheeler. The 26 " offers the larger tread depth that the 25" does not have..yet will not be as hard on your wheeler as the 27's

Actually Mud Lites are out in 25" XL now. 25x8-12 and 25x10-11.

my wife has a 250 bruin 06 its vary top heavy [ rolls easy side to side] i want to put 2" wheel spacers and stock size mudlites on it should i have any concerns

Does she have stock tires on it now?? I would pay close attention to the tires when turning... lower ply tires will cause "tire roll" which ties in with the "body roll" that the chasis creates on the suspension. Stock tires are usually 2ply. You might want to go with 4 or even 6ply to help out. I would do that before getting the spacers... (spacers can cause added stress to the cv joints and axles... )
