A locker/unlocker hard to install?

Is a high lifter Locker/Unlocker hard to install? I am about to buy 1 for my confirmation present. I am buying it for my wolverine. Some one help.

I've been researching this myself lately and everyone has told me that it isn't bad. I was told a 6 on a 1-10 scale.
