just put 28s on my grizzly and now i feel really tipsy..i didnt put on a lift or anything, just the tires..i was just wondering a easy way to fix my tipsy problem..would spacers or something like that work, any help?

 

yes spacers are what you need

 

Did you put them on the stock rims? Aftermarket rims will give you a little wider stance and aren't that much more than spacers. Also, try stiffening up your shocks. This will help with the tippy feeling.
When you went to the 28" tires, you changed the characteristics of your quad. You can't expect to take side hills and flat corners like you had 25" tires.
Just my opinion, but I think 26" 6 ply tires with aftermarket rims give the best of both worlds. Stability and mudding ability.

 

ya i knew going into it id loose some of my 25inch security...but ya i did go with aftermarket rims..c-series type 7, love them~! and i was going to go with 26 or 27inch tires but ive always lived by the saying "go big or go home" so i dunno..

 

well get some spacers on it and that will help alot

 

You can also air the tires a little hard and stiffen the suspension. I have the front 1 stiffer than stock and the front tires aired to 5 to 6 psi. This makes the front dip less in the corners. I stiffened the rear 2 steps higher than stock so it will squat less when I accelerate. I run only 4 psi in the rears to let them grip better. I also use a lot of body english during fast trail riding.
