Default best utility exhaust

Can anyone recommend the best slip on exhaust for an 2005 Suzuki Vinson that will give noticeable power, but not to loud? Thanks.

The only pipe I know of that gives an increase in power at almost stock sound level is the HMF QS1. Kodiakman5 just installed one on his Kodiak and I'm hoping to hear how it really works.

My stock exhaust is rattling and I'm considering an aftermarket as well. It appears that HMF is the most popular. But, I also see talk about Big Gun and Supertrapp. Is exhaust enough or should one also add K&N air filter and jet kit?

Those pipes are very loud and he wants almost stock sound. If you want to keep it fairly quiet and gain some power, go with the QS1. I haven't hear a single complaint from anyone who has one.

Ive got the Supertrapp IDS2. It makes good power and its adjustible for altitude somewhat. But its NOT what I would consider Quiet at all....

Highlifter sells the SuperTrapp IDS High Performance Exhaust (Quiet Series). Has anyone heard it?

The Powerline is well under the 96db limit. Not much louder than stock.....

I was worried about the noise too. Mine is the quiet core or so they call it. I dont consider it quiet. My buddies say its not bad. Just an opinion.
