can anyonehelp me with the valve adj. on a 98 honda recon 250

 

be honest, is it clicking like a son of a bit*h??? if not forget about it, i've done my rancher 4 times, and it was barely out the last 3 times, and i did it at the 1k service interval. 20 miles later the clicking came back. im not touching for another 5k it doesn't make a differance at all. and i've done about 6 ranchers and they are all the same
