arount $290 bucks new froma dealer but u can buy a brand new one on ebay for $200 bucks. the air filter comes free with the pipe and the jet kit will run you around $70 but id you want the most bang for your buck try a clutch kit highlifter makes on that supposively gives you a 25% hp gain for around $200

 

the price of the pipe is just the slip on .. headers will be about another $150
