hey, you dont live to far from me. Were do you ride. But anywho, i would consider getting clutch springs and such. Look back in the kawi forums to fiind a member called olemanmoses and look in his pic section. He has a list of dos and donts for the 360. I suggest you check out his sight.

I mean this in the nicest way...there is nothing you can do to keep up with those bikes so you might as well not spend alot of $$ trying. If money is no limit just upgrade to an equal machine.

To be Honest, I think your best bet is to Sell it and buy a nice used Prairie 650. On the used market depending on the condition of both machines ect.ect. I am thinking you could end up with a P650 for about $800-$1200 over what you get out of your 360. I think dumping money into a 360 is going to be a waste of your hard earned cash. You could spend 2-3 grand and still would not be able to run with a 650-700cc machine. A 4-stroke motor you just do not have the tuneability, no matter what you do to get more HP, the other machines with twice the dispacement will always have more.
I think even with a pipe K and N filter and a jet kit you are still only looking at gaining possably 3-4 HP if everything is done correctly and if those items are available for the 360 they will cost you close to $800.00. The other thing is the 360 is still a 360 and will not be worth anymore money after you add those things. I will admit I do not know the exact HP of the 360 but I have rode one and I thinking since I do know the actual rear wheel HP of all my machines in both stock and modified forms, I would say the 360 has about 15-17 hp stock at the wheels and given those mods you will be up to about 18-20hp at the rear wheels, where the stock Prairie 650 has 28 hp and a stock prairie 700 has 31 hp at the rear wheels. You will still likely have about a 10hp gap, between you and the big dogs.
