I have them on a Outy 400. I use them mostly in the woods and the trails are red clay and slick.
They hook-up real well in the mud and seem to ride pretty smooth on the gravel roads.
I've only used them a few times and the conditions have been wet and sloppy but I haven't
had any problems.
When I got mine I was shocked, they looked deformed, the side walls were twisted and soft
and just did'nt look mountable but the dealer had no problem and once they were on the rims
they looked and handled fine.

"I have pics check them out!"

They are Bias Ply with a 6 ply rating. I called Interco, the makers of swamplites
and the person I talked to, said the tires are out of shape because they band the tires
together after they come out of the mold and the sidewalls seem soft is by design
that way the tires have more flex offering better traction

nice tire. They look good. How's the cornering on a good trail? are they directional? Do they handle like mudlights?

They are a directional tire and they seem to handle fine
but I've only been out on them a few time.
I can't compare to mudlites because i have never tried them.
The tread depth is deeper the bigger the tire. I have 25"
but if I were to get them again I would go with 26" and the
tires seem to measure pretty true.

I put 27" swamp lites on my 2003 Vinson. Unfortunately I can't find any mud or snow in Arizona right now to test them out. They are very aggressive. They make a rooster tail in the sand just cruising without even spinning. Don't ever follow anyone with them on a gravel road either, they throw a lot of rocks out the back and sides. They ride smooth. I can tell a power difference too after about 20 MPH. I posted a picture of them.

Can anyone tell me how Mudlites handle as far as cornering and powersliding? I've got some Supergrip Superlites on the way and the tread pattern is EXACTLY the same as an ITP Mudlite.

You can power slide easly with 26 mudlights, however if you do donuts you want to be good and carefull. Cornering is great, it's easy and not stressfull. They do hook good too. The direction (when you hit puddles high speed) are very good, they don't wonder off and the front tires will not dive down compared to dirtdevils and spidertracks.
