I increased air pressure to 8-10 psi. That made the steering a lot easier.

Toe-out would drastically affect the quads handeling. If you find that your quad is nose diving in off camber corners specially off camber downhills then running your tow-out to 0 would help a ton, if you want to steer very easy you can put your toe-out to +1 or something but your quad would start "seeking" if you go too much out. Toe-IN would make your quad feel heavy to steer.
