Default Wobbley tires

I have brand new 26" swamplites, and at 5psi they seem to wobble a little, as i can feel it in the quad on a tar road. At 8psi, its alot better, but someone told me to run them at 5psi. The rating on the tire says "max load 550 lbs at 7psi" Should i stay at 5, or go to 7, or what? Any advice appreciated

Try 4 pounds and see what happens. The more air you run the harsher the ride.

i like to run mine at higher pressure...at low it wears the whole tread... and they are meant to just ride on the center bar...but its preference mostly..ride or lhow long your tires last lol

These are heavy machines and I think that running one with low air pressure is asking for trouble. Losing a bead is probably a very real possibility. I run about 7-8 psi and still get the beads "biting" in fast turns. I will air down some if terrain dictates but only for low speed crawling.
