Last month a Kiwi called Alan Gibbs launched the Quadski - an ATV that goes on water. I read today that he's won a US Department of Defence (DOD) Foreign Comparative Test contract to evaluate HSA technology for military purposes. I checked that quadski out and it was pretty cool. If it had a little more rackspace, and ground clearance it would be awesome!
