Will it looks like another quad i get to choose from next spring! Im pretty impress with my friends 660griz. Just lookin at it with the ITP rimz/rubber! Looks wicked. The 700(686) is a step up. Ill have to test drive it when it comes out and read the ride reports!

Call me a pessimist but I'd wait 6 months at least if not until the '08's come out. The reason is I would want to see what problems (if any) people are having in the first 6 months. Perfect example of this is Suzuki's KQ, first update in '05 was a major one....kinda like this Grizz. The air filter didn't seat properly causing MANY to have ruined their engines without even knowing it, the steering is too light (most say), the huge problems in the beginning with the reverse. It isn't that the KQ is a bad quad, I'm not saying that at all! I just wouldn't have wanted an early model '05 when they first came out....or even now for that matter (think resale value too). Maybe Yamaha bats 1,000 with this one with absolutely nothing going wrong with it whatsoever but I personally would wait a little while. $8,000 is a solid chunk of change imo.

Exactly, it is always a big risk to buy right when they come out.
O must be missing what the big hype is about. Yamaha came out with another average atv ute. All this talk of people trading in for it and stuff seems crazy. I can not see what there is to gain by trading in for that bike.Yes. if you are looking to buy a new bike I would consider it, but to trade out a perfectly good atv that you have already modded out like you want does not seem logical to me. I guess that is not why I want one.
Maybe it has to do with wanting the latest thing out? I could maybe understand that.
If I had the money I would buy one so I could give a report on it. LOL!

Sure the bomb is faster, but the Grizz is an offroad machine and it's gonna prove it in a big way.....mark my words!

The new grizzly will be a great quad. EFI is a hugh boost and so is the power steering. The grizzly is only picking up another 26cc's. I'm sure its still gonna be in the middle of the pack and blow no doors off of a Cam-Am Outlander.
