I have a 2006 Rhino 660. My millage is about 10 MPG at 15 MPH or less in 2 wheel drive. Is that normal?

 

I'm surprised it's that good. I get about 20 or so with the Grizzly. With the added weight of the Rhino, I'd expect a lot less. You have to remember, you're not typically getting highway-type mileage from a quad when you're putting around on the trails all day. They will use gas.
